Tired of updating windows xp.....

Hello Reinstall.....

Hello ... 1 to 2 hrs of updating / patching / reboots... arrghh! :(

*begins to pull hair out*

But! there is a solution.

Autopatcher

This little gem contains all the updates, and you only need to reboot once!

It comes in a few flavors, with the full version containing extra utilities that you may want. The Lite release is a slimmed down version of the full release, with only the updates and no extras.

Serproxy

Nice little application....

Serproxy is a multi-threaded proxy program for redirecting network socket connections to/from serial links. The proxy allows other hosts on the network to communicate with the system on the remote end of the serial link. Works under linux and windows.

Windows Based Automation

Great little application that was found...

AutoIt v3

AutoIt v3 is a freeware BASIC-like scripting language designed for automating the Windows GUI and general scripting. It uses a combination of simulated keystrokes, mouse movement and window/control manipulation in order to automate tasks in a way not possible or reliable with other languages (e.g. VBScript and SendKeys). AutoIt is also very small, self-contained and will run on 95, 98, ME, NT4, 2000, XP, 2003 out of the box with no annoying "runtimes" required! You can even make compiled executable scripts that can run without AutoIt being installed!

Does your neighbour have an open wireless network?

14 percent of wireless network owners have accessed their neighbor's connection.

So.. if your in an apartment complex and someone has a wireless network open and intruding into your apartment... is it fair game? Is it up to the owner of the network to keep the wireless from leaving their apartment?

It is up to the owner of the wireless network to keep their network secure.

Umm.. I guess if your stupid enough to sit out front of someones house... You should be charged with wireless trespassing.
